This came in his speech during the Al-Jarh festival held by the College of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad, where he expressed his confidence that the environment of Iraqi universities, which hosts more than a million students and includes more than fifty-five thousand teachers with scientific titles, is worthy of specific community service tasks because it responds in all circumstances in an appropriate manner. It is thoughtful about changes and faces challenges by adapting and keeping pace with development and subjecting its curricula and academic programs to review and modernization.
