The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directs that university councils be empowered to handle critical cases in the competitive exam for admission to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2023/2024, with no more than five degrees to fill their approved plan and enable the students included in the aforementioned cases to fulfill the success condition.
