The Minister of Education receives a delegation from the Arab Academy and discusses cooperation in the fields of programs, training and entrepreneurship

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, received the President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, and his accompanying delegation.

The two sides discussed the importance of strengthening cooperation paths that serve the educational environment in Arab university institutions and providing it with everything necessary for development and modernization at the level of programmes, training and entrepreneurship.

The Minister of Education expressed the readiness of Iraqi universities to achieve the desired level of scientific coordination and formulate academic cooperation programs in specializations that respond to the goals of sustainable development, noting that university education in Iraq is moving along confident steps towards areas of excellence and competition, attracting international students, and achieving pioneering results in the field of global classification. .

In turn, the President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, praised the policy of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the work processes of its institutions in seriously opening up to the global education system and achieving quality requirements.
