The agreement stipulates the implementation of a special program to develop English language skills, digital and technical skills, and entrepreneurship, in cooperation with the rehabilitation, employment, and continuing education centers at the universities of Mosul, Basra, Technology, Anbar, Dhi Qar, and Maysan, to contribute to developing and strengthening the capabilities of graduates, providing climates for knowledge exchange, and developing and consolidating skills and experiences.
The Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, expressed his hope for more cooperation and coordination within the Jusoor initiative, which aims to establish joint programs for development and to respond to the requirements of sustainable development, while the representative of the World Food Program, Mr. Ali Reza Qureshi, indicated that the executive agreement represents an important basis for cooperation and providing an appropriate environment for projects. And programs that will empower university graduates with labor market skills.
