Based on the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, regarding the intensification and facilitation of citizens’ affairs procedures in all educational institutions, the introductory workshop on the work of the citizens’ affairs sector was held at Al-Zahra University for Girls. Officials of the Citizens’ Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research gave an introductory lecture on the tasks of this sector’s work and the electronic mechanisms for receiving requests from reviewers and how to cooperate with them. . On the sidelines of the workshop, a number of citizens who intend to deliver their applications to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research were interviewed, and the content of their transactions was heard and the legal and administrative contexts in which the competent departments operate were clarified.
