										In view of the outstanding success achieved by the first meeting of directors of student affairs and registration in Iraqi universities, which was held at the University of Karbala and the importance of meeting and communication between universities and the concerned gentlemen in the Department of Studies and Planning, the Department of Student Affairs and Registration at the University of Karbala is honored and in cooperation with Al-Zahra University (peace be upon her) for girls, by inviting the directors of student affairs and registration in public universities and all private universities and colleges to attend and participate in the second meeting of the directors of student affairs and registration, which will be held for the period 14-15/2/2023 in Karbala and Al-Zahra universities (peace be upon them) according to the axes attached herewith, and in the presence of representatives of the Studies and Planning Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for the purpose of discussing all developments related to the work of the Student Affairs Department, registration in all universities and colleges, and exchanging experiences among them.
