The Council of the (College Institute) is empowered to grant (5 marks) to address the cases of students studying in (institutes / colleges) of your universities at the end of the academic year 2022-2023 and for the first and second semesters and with the approval of the University Council. This includes all students on the various academic systems (semester system / system annual / course system / courses / and other special systems)
