* Continuing the Iraqi visiting researchers program (100) research annually in Saudi universities. Projects:
* Implementation of two training courses for Iraqi university leaders and cadres in the field of accreditation for international residents, in cooperation with the Saudi Education and Training Evaluation Authority.
* Implementation of two training programs for educational cadres in the Iraqi Ministry of Education on mechanisms, programs, and applications in the field of e-learning, distance education, and teaching schools for the gifted, distinguished, and people with special needs.
* A team from the Iraqi Ministry of Education visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to see first-hand the satellite broadcasting school project and benefit from it.
