On International Education Day, we affirm the keenness of our Iraqi academic institutions to achieve their goals and mission in serving society, providing sustainable educational opportunities, achieving development, and responding to its global requirements. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its universities renew their commitment that they will spare no effort in strengthening positive international partnerships, especially with UNESCO, and embodying cooperation and integration responsible for development indicators.
