The Study in Iraq program included 14,322 academic seats offered by 59 Iraqi public and private universities, distributed as follows: 57% for free scholarships and 43% for semi-free scholarships in medical, health, engineering, pure sciences, agricultural, veterinary, administrative, law, politics, educational, and humanities for the bachelor’s, higher diploma, master’s, and doctorate levels for the academic year 2024/ 2025. Applications for scholarships begin starting today, Monday, 4/1/2024, through the electronic platform for the Study in Iraq program (https://studyiniraq.scrd-gate.gov.iq/home).
The launch of the new version of the Study in Iraq program witnessed official speeches and detailed presentations in the presence of a number of representatives of diplomatic missions in Baghdad, senior staff, university presidents, college deans, and an elite group of international students studying in Iraqi universities.
